Stay active! The national award-winning Carol Stream Park District offers a wealth of parks and recreational activities that you'd only expect to find in much larger communities. Explore and enjoy 440 acres of parks and open space with miles of walking/biking trails, playgrounds, ponds, streams and picnic groves. Many of our 38 neighborhood parks connect in an extensive and expanding system of trails.

The park district offers many adult and youth sports leagues, classes for dance, gymnastics, aquatics, special interest, many free special events, and an accredited preschool program. Our Coral Cove Water Park, open in the summer, has two tall waterslides, a deep water plunge pool, diving board, large walk-in swimming pool, interactive water playground and spray zone, patio, deck and cafe.

Coyote Crossing Mini Golf is a unique, professionally designed 18-hole mini-golf course. This course is a fun way to work on your short game, get together with friends, or just spend some quality time with the kids.
