More Brewing Company is a craft brewery located just West of Chicago that opened in the Summer of 2017. We focus on robust imperial stouts, unfiltered, hop saturated pale ales and have a growing barrel program that we're excited to share with craft beer lovers all around. We brew on a 10 barrel direct fire system with a mix of 10 and 20 barrel fermenters and brite tanks.
